Don't get stuck with under-qualified builders. Take a look at what mistakes other builders left behind.

As you can see, the builder who was contracted to do this job failed to use the best methods. Instead of using mortar, caulk was used. This method is cheap, and not stable. As you can see, we were able to slip our business card in between the blocks, where as the correct way would not allow us to do so.
